EXERCISE 1
Place both feet in the pedal and swing back and forth.
EXERCISE 2
Place both feet in the pedal, bend your knees and swing back and forth.
Place both feet in the pedal, bend your knees and swing back and forth.
EXERCISE 3
Place one foot in the pedal and swing back and forth.Change to the other foot.
EXERCISE 4
Place both feet in the pedal, hold your feet together and create resistance while swinging slowly and controlled.
