NWSW108 Tire flip
With Tire Flip you can do a variety of functional strength exercises.
You can train your stomach and back muscles at the same time. Tire flips cover all the bases — your core, back, legs, arms, and shoulders. Just be careful when you bend to pick the tire up not to lift with your back.
